Returns

Refunds offered within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we will provide exchanges (for equal or greater value) or store credit only. Jewelry is not returnable after 14 days. To return or exchange an item, please contact us at hello@saltwaterct.com and we will be happy to assist you.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Gift cards and sale items are final sale.
